We looked on line at about 300 homes in the surrounding area on the internet, and decided to inspect two homes (that suited us). The first was this home and the next home was open for inspection an hour later. I mentioned to Mubashir that we did like this home, however, were going to look at another home and would decide which home we liked better and put in a serious bid. That afternoon I asked Mubashir for the Section 32, which he promptly sent me. We completed it by Saturday night and on the following Monday evening, Mubashir phoned us to say that the Vendors accepted our offer!
