He was a true gentleman and consistent in his dedication in selling the house for the amount that was indicated and discussed prior to putting it on the market Although house did not initially sell at auction even though there were many registered buyers market interest rates did not help . Muhammad assured me to be patient and 2 weeks later house was sold to happy buyers .
