If I could give Muhammad 6 stars I would. He is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with. He sold our property within one day. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate recommending him to others. He is extremely helpful and went well beyond the service we paid for.

Muhammed is by far the most dedicated real estate agent I have ever dealt with. And I have dealt with a lot, I'm talking hundreds. Strengths :- - superb negotiation skills. - very hard working and pleasant to deal with. - always goes above and beyond to achieve the impossible. - honest (not just honest for an agent, he actually has integrity and that's hard to find) Weaknesses :- -none If I could do it all again, I would have bought and sold everything I could with Muhammed. He won't let a deal go through unless it is fair for all parties. Other agents over quote a sales price to get sellers business then works you down to meet the market. And for buyers, they under quote to drag you in then work you up. Both parties end up where the didn't want to be. Muhammed won't do this, he is as straight down the line as they get. Take it from me, don't get ripped off or be fooled by other agents. I've heard it all before from other agents so........... skip all the bullshit and use Muhammed from LJ Hookers Belmore straight up and get the job done. You won't regret it.
