Very good at first but once we signed with him he cared more about buyer then seller not to mention Rohullah he didn’t even called us once after the signing but they did sell our house. Will never use LJ Hooker again

I would like to recommend Muj to both vendors and purchasers alike. Muj was patient, professional and no question was too much effort for him to answer. During our property hunt I met many different agents with only two or three who stood out and followed through consistently ( but politely, not pushy) to offer new properties and to also continue to update our wish list. In doing this extra legwork Muj was able to secure a second buyer for the owners he was representing if their first offer fell through, which in this case it did not. However Muj stayed in contact updating us on any new properties that he had that might fit our brief, again excellent work for his subsequent vendors in igniting interest in their properties. My experience dealing with Muj was quite pleasant. He was clear in his communications and also quite flexible to arrange inspections on the property.
