Best experience received from Mukesh over the sale of my land. Originally gave it to Mukesh to sell in September but due to the market being slow I thought to try another "Agents" after a month, Mukesh was happy to let go without any issues even though he held 2 months signed authority- stayed with "the other Agents" for 2 months - which was a waste of time, over promise and under achievers. After the 2 months expired passed the authority to another real estate - useless as well. Got a call from Mukesh to see how I was going with the sale and I gave Reliance 2 months new authority, Mukesh and his Team sold the land in a weeks time with a brilliant result.
