Mukul answered all my emails / texts promptly and kept me informed during the negotiation stage. He presented to be well informed when I asked him questions regarding the property I was inspecting. He had adequate knowledge of the local area and was able to promptly investigate any other questions that I needed further clarification in. He also drove a fair distance to pick up the Contract of Sale from me which i was unable to deliver due to other commitments.
