This was a great experiance from the start to the end . I first contacted Murray 6 months before the final sale date. He guided me through a tough time with the tenants and and gave me advice on what i needed to do to the property for sale . He gave me a list of quality tradesman to do the work on my house for sale and they were great { this was prior to me signing a contract with him} .
