This was a great experiance from the start to the end . I first contacted Murray 6 months before the final sale date. He guided me through a tough time with the tenants and and gave me advice on what i needed to do to the property for sale . He gave me a list of quality tradesman to do the work on my house for sale and they were great { this was prior to me signing a contract with him} . The lady in the office [Joanne ] was also very helpfull as i am not very good with the computer . The thing i enjoyed about this experiance was i never felt i was being mislead about the sale . He told me the market was getting tougher and the prices were dropping . I have sold a number of houses and i never felt i had to question his advice . This has not always been my experiance .
