We had a large home which included a granny flat. At first inspection, Murray advised us that there were few similar homes on the market. He advertised the house by a well written description and a good array of external and internal photographs, together with a floor plan. Even without holding an open house (due to COVID restrictions), a full day of individual inspections was held and resulted in three offers to purchase within 48 hours. Impressive!

Murray was very responsive and made us feel very comfortable during the sale. His estimate on the house price was spot on and did not disappoint. He gave us great advice on what to do around this house to improve the sale price and also even helped us organise some of the trades to do some minor works.
