Murray's market knowledge was excellent and my home was not your standard building. Murray provided a plan to address the uniqueness and marketed the property to draw interest from perspective purchasers. My home went on the market on a Monday with the first official viewing scheduled for the following Saturday. Murray's plan excelled and due to a lot of interest Murray had the first viewing on the Wednesday, followed by the set viewing on Saturday and then more interested people came to a third viewing on the Sunday. This resulted in a sale within seven days. This certainly was over and above what most agents would do. During this time Murray communicated often to keep me informed on the responses from the people viewing the home. Could not have asked for a better agent to trust my home with.

Wow what a difference a good real estate agent can make! I spent 12 weeks with another real estate agency for no sale. After thorough research and speaking to several other agents I selected Murray Kennedy. I am so pleased that I did this. I couldn't recommend their team more highly. The photos and marketing were fantastic and my house sold the first week it went on the market. Murray was excellent with his negotiations between both parties and the sale price achieved was $40,000 higher than any offer the previous agents were able to achieve. During the process I extended the coolong off period several times to allow the purchasers to fulfill the banks requirements. This was a stressful period for me but throughout Murray liaised between both parties and kept me informed of what was happening, making suggestions and supporting my decisions.
