An excellent experience with MKRE and honestly recommend them as the best agent in the Camden area

We were looking for a place in Camden area and we dealt with Murray of Murray Kennedy Real Estate. We had dealt with dodgy/dishonest real estate agents previously and so didn't expect any more from Murray. To our (happy) surprise Murray is an honest agent. A short list of positive experiences during the purchase of our family home: 1) He repeatedly made it clear that we should do whatever was best for us and never put pressure on us to sign anything. 2) He enforces a 10 day cooling off period to make sure people are not rushed in getting what they need to be done done before purchasing the house. 3) True to his word he immediately took the house off the market and stopped showing it the moment we left a holding deposit (dishonest real estate agents don't do this). 4) Finally, when our solicitor discovered some "gotcha" terms in the sellers' contract and they refused to remove them Murray intervened and persuaded them to remove the unfair clauses. We had an excellent experience with MK Real Estate and can honestly recommend them as the best agent in the Camden area (we had exposure to half a dozen agents for context). +1 for Murray.
