They worked fast and professionally

We were in a bind, having to move out of our rental in January this year. We decided to buy and spent four months before looking, missing out at an auction as well as making offers on several properties but also missing out. The last day we could make an offer and sign a contract was 20th December. We could just squeeze in a short settlement of four weeks if the vendor agreed. If we didn't secure a house that day, we had to find a rental instead which would have been incredibly disappointing as we had rented for 30 years. On 20 of Dec we met Glen from MK at a house which was first open that day. It ticked almost all of our boxes and we explained our predicament to Glen. He was fantastic, liaising with the vendors extremely quickly and professionally and totally respecting our "moving out/rental" problem. To cut a long story short, we made several offers, he liaised and we all committed to the deal that very same day, just a matter of hours! It was divine intervention (as well as Greg's tenacity, good humour and fast work!!). Further down the track, Murray was involved as well as the rest of the team, all absolutely professional and fabbo! 9 months later we are as happy as can be and I apologise that it has taken me this long to write a review!
