Buying a home from a distance is a difficult task, but Murray and Chloe at Steele Realty expertly and efficiently guided us through the maze. We’d viewed the property online and called Murray to discuss. He then gave us a real-time virtual tour using FaceTime, poking the camera into every nook and cranny we would have looked into ourselves had we been at an open home, whilst providing a descriptive, but stunningly accurate commentary. He knew the property well enough to answer all our questions, especially directing us to the highlights of the home and explaining the vendor’s expectations.
