A great agent to work with, I have dealt with Murray twice now buying property and selling. In both cases I have been more than happy with his professional services, I highly recommend Murray and would work with him again if I have any future property sales or purchases in his area.
Murray has great communication - he was prompt in response and very easy to deal with. He was honest about price and made the purchase of our new home stress free.
It was a pleasure working with Murray Steele on my purchase. He communicated clearly with me at all times and was very professional.
Murray Steele is a true professional. He successfully assisted me in the purchase of a fantastic unit in March 2016. As I was new to the processes, he was patient, very flexible and super quick to respond to my questions. Murray is personable, competent and a confident guy who made me feel completely at ease, giving great advice whilst demonstrating a solid knowledge of the house market. I appreciated his ongoing and open communication, and would not hesitate in recommending Murray to my family and friends in the future.
Murry's market knowledge is exceptional. Figures were readily available and spot on. Murry quickly worked on both parties and finalised the deal in stunning time. Would highly recommend Murry and the team at Coolum Beach Realty.
I was expecting buying my first house to be very stressful, however Murray Steele made the whole process very simple and guided me through this as a true professional. I would recommend Murray to anyone thinking of buying or selling real estate on the Sunshine Coast.
As a solicitor who has dealt with a number of agent I must commend Murray Steele on his professional and competent service and rate him amongst the best agents I have dealt with and have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective client
Murray was great to deal with from the outset. Even when things didnt go as smoothly as they should, Murray did a great job of remaining patient, positive and exceptionally helpful in also keeping the vendor the same. The communication in this transaction was key to getting it over the line, which Murray facilitated well. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Murray. Thank you Murray for your great work!
Murray met all of my expectations in terms of listening to my views about the property and my objectives in selling the property and then provided me with regular feedback on activity from potential buyers and honest assessment of the market conditions. He then was able to persuade the ultimate buyer of the property to make an offer that I was prepared to accept. Certainly a pleasing level of professional services all the way from the initial listing through to the ultimate settlement of the property.
