NEVER EVER AGAIN! Be very careful when buying from this agency. Warning to whoever is looking to buy a property from these people. The most unprofessional agents that I have ever dealt with. I won’t go into explicit details but it has been extremely traumatic and has left me dismayed at the level of dishonesty and miss management that occurred during our engagement. They were absolutely disgusting!! Dishonest and were willing to put any integrity that the company has to the side in order to cover there miss management. I would never engage with Wellington Barber. Especially the agent Mr Murray Wellington, most dishonest person I ever seen. I Can’t Believe how this guy is revolved around money. If i could give them 0 stars i would. they might be good for sellers, but they are terrible for buyers. Keep up the nice guy act while you are signing the offer. then when you report problems during final inspection then they start getting real nasty and nit-picky. Buyers if you are planning to buy a house that is managed by these guys - i'd steer clear. Please be very careful check everything before you sign anything......

I bought my first house through Murray and he made it easy and stress free

Murray's was an incredibly helpfull in the sale of our property. This was the first time we have used Murray and we are using him again for the sale of another property which we now have under contract. We will, no doubt be using him again and Wellington Barber Real Estate in the future for all our metropolitan land/property purchases and sales.
