I recently worked with Mortazza as my selling agent and overall had a positive experience. There were a few hiccups along the way that required me to escalate to his principals to get resolved. While this wasn’t a major issue, I feel Mortazza could benefit from being a little more prepared and proactive in getting ahead of potential problems before they arise.
