Muthu is the most trust worthy agent I've met

I bought, rented and sold property with Muthu. He is an extremely honest, reliable and experienced real estate agent. For the past 5-6 years he has always been in contact, given me his recommendations and most importantly, helped me to achieve my expectations. RELIABLE AGENT

I chose Muthu, when I had a choice, as I felt comfortable with him. He kept me very informed on all aspects of my sale. Only four stars for negotiation as that really did not come into the equation. I would happily recommend him as your agent, along with Biggin & Scott.

All the qualities of a good agent

when one look for a house the three Ps is important. When looking for an agent to sell again three Ps (different Ps but still Ps) are important. Muthu has the skill in communication but the three Ps - Patience, Perseverence & Persistence pays off in selling our house. This is the second property that Muthu has sold for us, but this would be the hardest to sell and with Muthu's qualities we achieved the price and more so the very long settlement term achieveable which we are more than happy with. I can ring Muthu at any time of the day or week and he never fails to answer or return my call promptly. That I find is most important in communication. Over the 7 /12 months of marketing Muthu never fails to open our house for OFIs on every Saturday. That is important as that is the only way to reach out to the general public. Our open times is set at 45 mins but Muthu never rushes any prospective clients out of the house when the time finishes. He does not chase clients away and always find the time to talk to them. If we have to sell again we would not be going to anyone else but to just call Muthu to start the process with no questions asked as we can trust him to give us the result. I am sure you will be more than stoked with his performance and result when you give Muthu a chance to sell.

Muthu and excellent negotiator

Muthu has done an excellent job after he had taken responsibility for selling our property. He has been providing us regular updates about the number of inspections and the response from the potential buyers. He has been an excellent support during the campaign which has resulted in selling our property at the best possible price on auction. Muthu has an excellent knowledge of the real estate market and also what the vendors should do before putting the property in the market to get highest possible price. Muthu along with Ming was instrumental in getting a customer who was able to pay highest possible price in the current market. I recommend Muthu to anyone who is interested in selling the property.
