At the peak of the pandemic, I inspected the property, Nada was very keen on following safety measures in a friendly, respectful and professional manner as per health guidelines and her workplace policy and procedure. I expressed my interest to buy the property and made a deposit of $1000 as required even though I was not sure of my finance getting approved. The reality of what I got myself into hit me when the bank slowed down on the approval process due to an internal break down of their system and other logistics around the application. I was becoming depressed at the time as I was very keen on buying the house because it suits all the description I have for my first home. I requested for extension upon extension as I eagerly waited to hear from the bank, I lost hope with the bank in the end. I made contact with a broker to see if it would be faster going through a broker than applying directly with my bank and it was! My loan application progressed speedily and I got unconditional approval in the end. All thanks to Nada for supporting me and giving me the energy boost that I needed, like encouragement and being patient with me all the way. Each time I call her to ask for an extension, she says "I will try" and she did her best each time to get me the much-needed extension until my finance was approved. The support I received from Nada was tremendous and I want to say "thank you Nada for being there" It was hard at first, now it is a testimony!
