We walked around to many agents and settled with Nader. We felt comfortable with him and didn't feel like he was telling us lies just to get our business. We got in touch with Nader about a year before our house was officially on the market. Our new house took longer than expected to get started but Nader kept in touch to see where we were at. When we announced that the old house was on the market things went quickly. Photo's, paper, sign at the front of the house etc. People came through in droves and then Nader had a buyer. We wanted a bit more so Nader went in and was able to get us a little bit more money. It was a very satisfactory experience.
