I couldn't be happier with the great result achieved by Michael and Nadia at Vibe. I did a really expensive renovation and then unexpectedly had to sell my home. When I put my house on the market, interest rates were increasing and the cost of living was causing problems for many of us so it was not the best time to sell. However, Michael and Nadia stayed positive, they knew I wasn't in a rush, and hey got the result I wanted. Best of all, they acted very independently and didn't keep bothering me with silly feedback from people who either didn't have enough money or weren't serious buyers. I can't recommend Vibe strongly enough. I felt when I signed a contract with Vibe, the fees were quite high but now that I've got such a fantastic sale, I realise the commission is well worth it. You get what you pay for (as I am constantly reminded in life)!
