Friends recommended Nadija and Dan to me to sell my property and I am so happy I went with them. I had previously been to a home open they ran with my friend who was looking to buy, and was impressed with the way they operated and how they made prospective buyers feel. This was a stark contrast to some of the bigger agencies (and egos!) that my partner and I encountered when looking to purchase a home. They are both genuine and hardworking people who seem to really enjoy what they do. Their rate was very competitive and included styling, which was a great bonus. The styling was done very nicely and I think helped secure the final sale price for me. They also went above and beyond, connecting me with reliable tradespeople who helped me get the property perfectly prepared for sale. Nadija and Dan were always available to take calls and were able to answer any question I had. They secured a great price for my property and I would definitely work with them again in future.
