Nadine has been proactive from the moment she became aware of us looking for a house in the southern outskirts of Perth, an area we didn't know well except for its beauty and more of the country feel we wanted. She is easy to talk to and took interest in what type of house we were looking for. Nadine pointed out an area we haven't considered and the moment we started looking we found a gem. The home open for this house was scheduled for a weekend but we wanted to view it immediately which Nadine managed to arrange. She spent hours with us both at the house and after and even enlightened us on the area and showed us around local restaurants etc. Her knowledge of the area and her experience impressed, and her accommodating demeanor was easy to relate to. She is genuine and honest and follow through. She escalated the process, making it seamless. We would highly recommend Nadine to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.
