We found Nadine to be friendly and somewhat helpful. I wish she had of requested that the owner not be present at every home inspection. We were unable to go through the house to get a true reflection of what we were actually purchasing and having the owner there everytime was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. There was an abundance of hidden disasters that were not able to be assessed during building and pest inspections. The owners left the house in an appalling state. There were actions in the settlement contract that were not completed and which left us with additional costs to remove. I'm not sure who's "job" it was to ensure the actions were carried out. Buying a house is stressfull at the best of times and maybe this experience is unique. In hindsight we should have been more assertive and then perhaps we might have had a more pleasant experience. We found Nadine to be fairly knowledgable and she is really lovely but ultimately a real estate agent is always going to work in favour of the owner and that was our experience.
