Nahid made us feel very comfortable during the auction and negotiation process that occurred immediately after the property was passed in. This can be a very stressful situation for both the buyers and vendors. During this process both Jenny and myself found Nahid to be very calming and professional in her approach, and from a buyers perspective she was a great help. From a vendors perspective I do believe that Nahid did obtain the very best possible price, in what was a cooling market.
