Was all quite quick. We had seen our house for a few weeks and knew there was an impending auction, and life got in the way and we didnt have pre-approval so were dragging our feet a little. On a Tuesday night I enquired about the house. The agent said feel free to call me. So I did at 8:45pm and she answered. Apparenly it wasnt going to auction and would sell the next day as there were bidders. So we arranged an inspection early the next morning. And well bought the house the same day we saw it. Couldnt be happier, we were late to the party and got the result through Naoimi's help, she could have easily not have taken the call late on that Tuesday night.
