I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Belle Property Group, Dromana, for the sale of my property. More specifically I dealt with Najee Charkas. I contacted Najee in Jan 24 but due to some unrelated issues I was not able to list the property immediately. Najee remained in contact with me by calling every few weeks. Some people may think that this is intrusive but Najee was very respectful and not once did I feel he was being a pushy real estate agent. When I was finally able to list the property he worked with me to quickly and efficiently market the property, kept me informed following opens, and then between he and his colleague Dino Francese, obtained a fair price for the property given the current market condition.

Najee and Dino made our home buying experience very easy and comfortable Communication was at a very high standard and did everything to suit our needs. Will highly recommend them to anyone.
