I recently worked with Namita and found the experience generally satisfactory. While the initial stages went smoothly, the handover process and a few subsequent activities were not as expected. There were also occasional delays in addressing maintenance issues. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.

We didnt have alot of communication majority via emails. My experience was satisfactory and the outcome was successful. I feel that lacking of communication at the beginning was what may have occured towards the end response to emails very slow regarding updates .
