I had no intention on selling my property after a negative experience with another estate agent. They couldn’t answer simple questions like how are you going to market my property? How are your practices different from your competitors? Etc I made a appointment to meet with Honey and he cane fully prepared with market analysis and an analysis on my property, he was able to answer all my questions and educate me on the real estate industry. There was no lies, he is straight as they come but more importantly I was impressed with his genuine enthusiasm and drive to get me the price I wanted. He is excellent at negotiating and communicating and a real gentleman not arrogant like some. I would definitely use reliance again especially Honey and do recommend my friends to use him.
