During our inspection of the property we eventually purchased at Diggers Rest, we were assisted by Honey and his associate from Reliance Real Estate Sunbury in a kind and gentle way. They were able to guide us through the property highlighting its many exciting features and answering all our questions. Without undue pressure, they helped us to make a decision that we will never regret. After inspecting another property that day and deciding that it was not for us, we contacted Honey and requested a Section 32 for the perusal of our conveyancer and ourselves. More procedures followed that resulted in us deciding on a price and decision to purchase. Honey was there all the way through that Saturday, obtaining a verbal acceptance of our offer that day, and a formal sign-off on the following day, Sunday. The deal was made and we experienced much pleasure with the transaction, and very impressed with the professionalism of Reliance Real Estate and especially Honey. A few days prior to contacting Honey from Reliance Sunbury we actually made an offer on a house through YPA Sunbury. We inspected the house and gave a verbal offer. Paul from YPA instructed us to come in to Sunbury to put the offer in writing only to arrive and find that the house had been sold to an unconditional offer.
