As we have bought and sold houses previously, we used our past experiences to interview three Real Estate agents before signing up one to look after the sale of our house. We knew what the market value was of our home, but we also wanted someone who we could trust and have great communication with. From the initial meeting, Naomi met the criteria perfectly. The price that Naomi suggested was what we knew it would be around and Naomi had a sense of excitement in achieving our goal as well as extensive knowledge of the market and surrounds. After signing up with Naomi from Harcourts at North Lakes we were so impressed with her enthusiasm and keenness to have the photos done and have us up and running for our first open house on the Saturday in 5 days time. Knowing that the average time to sell was 45 days we didn't have too high an expectation to have too much interest that first open house. However, we were delighted when we received the phone call on the Saturday afternoon, the first day on the market, that a potential buyer was interested. We had to wait until the Monday to see if anything would transpire and to our excitement the contract of offer was made. Naomi was brilliant with all her communication and going to and from with information. Nothing was ever a problem. We had to have a couple of things done for our "Building and Pest" inspection, but again, through Naomi's experience and guidance, the whole procedure was stress free and went like clock work. In summing up, if I was selling another house in North Lakes or the surrounding suburbs, we would be finding out which agency Naomi was working at and have her look after the sale of our home.
