Naomi skillfully guided us through the whole process from initial discussions about how to prepare the property for sale, which areas to concentrate on to maximise our returns, styling and putting us in contact with tradies who could help us tackle the big jobs. Following Naomi's advice, we achieved a great result and felt supported and encouraged all the way along. I always felt that I could reach out to Naomi for assistance, and her advice proved spot on.

It was a real pleasure to have Naomi Carter as an agent to sell my property. She went an extra mile in getting my property sold at a profit. She was honest, hardworking, has very good communication skills. From Day 1 of speaking to her she really impressed me with her knowledge and experience in managing the sale of my property. Naomi is very professional, kept me informed each time there was an open house. Her record keeping of the events were excellent. Legal knowledge and latest regulations were an important criteria for a Property Agent and she had this at her finger tips. I live in Canberra and my property was in Brisbane but every time I called her or emailed her she would reply with the best answer. Naomi handled every question in a professional manner and also kept me informed throughout the sale of my property at an Auction. Ray White must be very fortunate to have an Agent like Naomi Carter. The most important for a client like me from Canberra is the trust in an Agent. Knowledge alone does not make a good agent but clients have to trust their agent and Naomi Carter is a very trustworthy Agent. I would highly recommend Naomi Carter and Ray White Taigum who also managed my property to anyone who wants to buy, sell or rent a property in Brisbane. Great Job.

Naomi Carter was amazing right from the start. Her market knowledge, her communication skills and professionalism were second to none. She was so friendly and helpful, upfront and honest with her valuations based on fact. Her suggestions and guidance were crucial for us to receive a successful sale. We thoroughly recommend Naomi be contacted for a professional appraisal. You will be more than happy with Naomi selling your property.

Naomi helped us get ready to sell our acreage property with meticulous attention to detail, thinking entirely outside the box to ensure our property stood out in the market.
