Naomi’s knowledge is good and competent, professional, and communicative. She is also willing to work and allay any mistrust, which many agents do not realise that general reputation of agents in Sydney is not good. I personally had bad experiences with agents, who pretended that deposits with them are not investable and therefore do not carry interests. Further, they are rude, bullying, and overbearing, condescending and disrespectful. They talk down to us, the clients, and really they work to benefit themselves and not the clients. Their main objectives: squeeze as much commission as possible, introduce unnecessary “sale campaigns” advertising themselves more than advertising the property they are marketing, prolong the sales campaigns, and get monthly fees for advertisements when the cost of those advertisements are a fraction of what they charged us. Naomi however avoid these and would choose the cheaper route to save clients’ costs and is prepared to discuss commissions.
