I went through 5 agencies and Nardi was the only one who could sell the property. It was a hard property to sell, it need lots of TLC and there is a lot of stock on the market. After a few weeks Nardi was able to close the sale! - Most other agents ran for the hills but Nardi was the only one that could close the deal and get us a good price.
