We were the buyers in the transaction we did through Narelle and although the agents typically are working for their vendors Narelle was a wonderful agent for us as the buyers as well, she walked us through the process, answering my many questions, calls, texts and emails. If I ever do sell (and after moving this week its on my never ever again list lol) I would definitely use Narelle - she marketed this property very cleverly - so much so that there were 80 parties through on the first open home with the house going into a multiple offer situation and sold to us within 2 days of the first open home.

After almost losing over $25 000 from unpaid back rent and a property destroyed through neglect, words cannot describe how grateful we are to Narelle Cordaro from All Around Realty for stepping in as our property manager. We thought we could manage the property ourselves however we struggled with keeping up with the legislation changes, once we handed the property over to Narelle to manage, she stepped in and dealt with this problem in a diplomatic way and we received all our back rent in a 3-week time period! She also managed to get the tenant to bring the property back to an acceptable condition to allow us to put the property on the market to sell. Then as our sales agent, Narelle went onto to sell the property for us having it under contract and obtaining the price we were after, within a week of putting it on the market.
