I got to know Narelle Donovan over about 12 months while we were trying to sell our home in Albury NSW and purchase in Yarrawonga VIC. She is the only agent who replied to every mssg, txt or phone call I made to her or the agency and the only agent in the area to show me every house I wanted to see. I organised houses with other agents often finding they would get me to see the ones they wanted me to see and not the ones I had requested and/or organised to see. Over time Narelle got to know our needs, likes and dislikes. If Narelle didn't agree with my choice she explained why but was still prepared to show us the properties, in some cases we chose not to. The home we finally purchased was not what I would have expected originally but my vague we'd like to see this one (due to location but nervous as very little backyard) was met with a strong "I really think you'll like it." from Narelle and we both did. The positives far exceeded the negatives. We've been in our Yarrawonga home for 4 weeks now and it's even better living in it than we'd imagined. The location is great and even better with a school bus very close. The house layout inside and outside suits our family lifestyle and will be even better in summer being so close to a boat ramp. It gives me great pleasure to write this review for Narelle Donavan. She is one of the most professional, dedicated and caring Real Estate Agents that I have ever dealt with. She shows genuine compassion and care when it comes to showing you a property and explains what each property has to offer without any sales pressure. She explained both good and bad points (if any) at all properties I inspected with her. I explained what I thought I was after and she went about looking for the place I described that I wanted. When she showed me 30 Mc Nally Street, Yarrawonga I was immediately impressed and saw potential for me to make this property a lovely home. Narelle showed me the property several time and was very patient with my deliberations. A very important point I would make is that even after the property was at the stage of Unconditional Sale, Narelle continued to follow through all steps to ensure that the transaction was completed satisfactorily. She was always available on the phone and was happy for me to discuss any aspect of the sale at all times. It was very obvious to me that she truly cared about my purchase and that I was happy with the way things were going.
