Narelle was the consummate professional we (living in WA) needed to sell our Brisbane property. Narelle was nice to deal with and communicated well. We got a good price and the property was sold within 2 days. Some hiccups with the property description that were swiftly resolved. I would use a different photographer (lack of attention to detail on the outside shots).
