Narelle didn't just sell our home for more than we thought we would get (the extra she sold our house for, covered ALL the commission and advertising) but she seemed excited to do so. She always kept us up to date and almost always had back up buyers waiting in the wings in case the contract fell through. She kept trying to sell our home even when it had a contract. Also, she very nearly sold our house before it was even officially listed. We were just so impressed with every aspect of dealing with her. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She would always come out to us (we live 30 minutes away in Redcliffe), would always ring or text back with answers to our questions. She was honest with feedback and never once gave us any doubt about her honesty or integrity. The other thing that was so helpful was her absolute certainty she would sell our home, and she did, and for more than we thought, and 70K more than our bank's valuation. Narelle was initially contacted to advise on market value/appraisal for our property. As we all know there are plenty of agents out there all promising to be the best with the most experience and the very best customer service. From the outset Narelle comes across as little MS BP, the quiet achiever. She simply gets things done without fuss without bother and soaks up all the bumps along the way. In our case there were more bumps that a monster truck show; low bids, broken bids, broken contracts, exorbitant building inspection quotes/repairs, concrete cutting? tanks to be moved, more dodgy offers from 'investors', more inspections week after week, dealing with two sellers who have separated(yes I was one of them..), and the list went on; Narelle kept in touch by txt, by phone and by email all the time in that calm manner like' don't stress guys there are plenty of buyers out there, don't worry about the building inspection report as someone will just love it for what it is, don't worry about the contract falling through on the final day after 4 weeks, it's all good'. In the end we achieved the price we actually wanted and settled finally with someone who didn't care about the building report, who just loved it and all parties were happy. A true professional and a bloody champion to deal with, Narelle..super salesperson and BP quiet achiever.
