I first met Michelle during COVID (2021) as an interstate property investor when I purchased two properties in Narangba . I was an experienced investor with multiple properties in Victoria so I knew what was required but I had never purchased or sold properties sight unseen online and over the phone....using someone I had never met before. Yes that's right, all meetings during the buying process was not in person but over the phone and internet. In fact, I didnt meet Narelle until after COVID had ended.... Victorians were allowed out of Victoria and into Qld. After COVID, I visited Narangba once each year to catch up and inspect properties. Narelle helped me buy and sell the right houses in the right area and at the right price. One house cost $450k and the other slightly larger property cost $500K. In 2023, I sold the smaller property for $620k and now I have just sold the last property for $820k by online. (May 2025) auction....excellent profits on both properties. Narelle was ably assisted by Steph Strachan wno kept me up to date with latest sales price data and the work done to sell my properties. Buying and selling investment properties online is inherently risky. However, I used an local independent property Pest & Building inspector Kevin to act for me on the purchases. His property condition reports and photos gave me the information I needed to be confident with my purchases. I used Narelle's Real Estate office to manage the tenants in my properties and they gave me excellent service at all times. Kylie and Brianna stand out for professional service regarding the tenants. They communictaed with excellent and timely property condition reports highlighting work to be done. They were key to the successful renovation and sale of 39 Grace Crescent....especially during the cyclone! I highly recommend them if your looking to buy or sell property in the Narangba area.
