Stephanie Chung and I (Luke Flegeltaub) recently purchased our first home at 13 Parklands Drive though Narelle Robinson (Wodonga Real Estate). It wasn't long after this that we got to talking offers and price, in which Narelle was very professional and made this painless exercise. Before we knew it Narelle had made an offer on our behalf to the Owner/seller and immediately it was accepted (how easy). In the wake of the sale negotiation Narelle was seamless in taking us through the deposit stage, build/pest inspection & settlement ECT. In addition to that Narelle was very accommodating to our requests to show family members through on several occasions before the settlement date and always made herself available. All in all Narelle made buying our first home a memorable and pleasurable experience and we will definitely be calling on Narelle's services for all our Real Estate need for the future.
