Initially I was worried that Narender was too softly spoken to sell my 4-bedroom townhouse. But he did a fantastic job and we got a price that was so good we decided to accept the offer prior to Auction. Narender managed to get 10 groups to inspect our property even before it was advertised. Over the 4 week campaign, he managed to get approximately 75 groups in total to inspect the property. Another major factor that I really appreciated was how responsive Narender was to my questions throughout the entire process. I would contact him in the evenings after my work or even after dinner and he was always very quick to respond.
