In trying all (and trust me, I tried every single one) of the real estate agencies in my area, I was prepared for the same awful experience again. Then I met Narnea. I really should have gone to All Properties Group first! She has been available 24/7 through phone and email since I inspected the property, my new home. Narnea has patiently walked me through every step of the purchase process from initial contract and pest inspection to setting a time for settlement. Throughout the whole process of making my biggest life purchase, she has found a caring and considered way to represent both the seller and me the purchaser, for which I am truly grateful. I cannot recommend this amazing lady enough to sell your property or purchase one from.

I bought a house in Slacks Creek on the 10th of May with Narnea as the agent. There were two qualities that stood out about her. The first was her excellent communication skills and how she always responded to emails and texts mostly within 5 minutes, no matter what time of the day or night it was. The second was her drive/motivation to deal with issues or requests the moment they popped up. Generally she was amazing to work with and and knew her stuff, particularly when it came to local knowledge. There actually were no negatives so I’m giving her 5 stars.
