Natalie is easy to deal with, very honest and professional. She laid down all the facts for us and possible scenarios, never persuaded us and no personal agendas. She would give us time to make a decision and followed our instruction to a T. She knows this industry inside out and full of experience. She has an excellent client service and very personable.
