When the Villa that were renting was going to go on the market, Natalie approached us it see if we were wanting to purchase it after renting the Villa the past 15 years. Natalie gave us the name if an amazing Mortgage Broker to see if we could make it happen. After a few weeks of negotiations with the owner of the Villa, we were able to purchase our first home & get out of renting game as we had been renting for the past 25 years. We are now excited to make the Villa we've been looking after the past 15 years our own.
