We knew nothing about the market so Natalie guided us through the intricacies of the buyer/sellers market in Yeppoon. She laid out options without saying ‘you should do this or that’. She let us decide what we wanted to do without judging our decisions. Without doubt Natalie loves her job, her enthusiasm shines through.
