Natalie sold the unit to me in the first place and I wasn't aware that she was still working as an agent. My first real estate agent wasn't able to assist me so I engaged Natalie when I discovered she was not with the original company.

She was able to provide confidence and clarity on the purchase and a detailed guide on the challenges and upsides we may not have considered. Natalie has restored my faith in real estate agents and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I initially chose Natalie over a year ago because she lived in the area and she had instant empathy for our situation. My mother was no longer able to live at home and agreed that the property should be sold. Natalie was proactive from the start and had a few people come through so we could get a feel for the market and any feedback on what we needed to do.
