From the moment I met Nat I felt at ease and certain that I had made the right decision choosing Red Fox Property to represent my Inglewood apartment and take it to market. The process couldn't have been made easier! Communication was top tier, and I was guided with care and support through the entire process. I cannot recommend Nat and the team at Red Fox Property enough.

From start to finish, Nat and her team helped make my sale experience an absolute breeze. Great communication, excellent local knowledge, and any advice given was spot on. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! 🤩

Natalie and her team, in particular Adriana, made the offer and settlement process straightforward and as stress free as possible. Their communication was consistently strong, whether through calls, emails or texts. I liked that they were easy to speak to on the phone, and kept those lines of communication open. I do think that, around the offer process and documentation, there could be some further clarity around the incorporation of RedFox's standard terms into the offer contract, as it was not immediately clear to me until I saw the full form contract how that worked (although this is a minor point only). Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Natalie (who first showed me the home) and each member of her team. They were all professional, courteous and helpful at every stage.

We engaged Natalie and the Red Fox Property team to assist in selling Mum's home after she moved to permanent care. Natalie demonstrated kindness, empathy and understanding of our circumstances, then swung into gear to get the job done without any fuss. It was a true team effort from Natalie and her team. We achieved a sale within the first week, followed by good advice and attention to detail through to settlement. Thanks Nat and the team for helping us navigate a challenging time.

Great knowledge of the area, lots of support, strategic planning and honest discussions regarding plans . Good team, responsive to requests and updates in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely more than satisfied - Nat and the team can't be faulted in the sale of our Mount Lawley property. Quick but not rushed, reliable, wise and willing to share experience, and able to tackle any curveball. Would 100% utilise Red Fox Property again!

Nat Hoye at Red Fox Property sold our property in Mount Lawley recently and provided outstanding support from the time of initial meeting until completion. Nat is a great communicator, assured and highly professional. She demonstrated her impressive knowledge of local market conditions and expertise in positioning the property to showcase its great qualities. With first-rate assistance from Alannah in preparing to go to market, Nat and the Red Fox Property team delivered for us a very pleasing outcome!
