As purchasers new to the WA market, Natalie was very helpful, explaining many of the legal differences associated with purchasing a home here. I would say she went above and beyond to ensure we really understood how the contract worked and exactly what we were signing up for. Natalie also provided referrals when asked to other professionals (settlement agents, cleaners), which were all easy to deal with and did a good job for us. But most of all, Natalie never made us feel pressured or concerned about other prospective buyers while still being honest and forthcoming in all our dealings.
