She along with her partner Jason were terrific in communicating with me, keeping me up to date on the progress of events, and putting my mind at ease in what was a new and at times scary experience for me. From the outset, we knew that working with Natalie and Jason was the correct decision. The entire process was smooth, from the initial meeting and indicative valuation, to entering the agreement, managing third parties, establishing and executing the marketing plan, to achieving the sale of our home. This was primarily attributed to the communication flow in addition to market knowledge. Natalie and Jason listened to our needs and accommodated those requirements into the plan. They had all the answers we needed and seamlessly guided us along the way. We followed the plan and achieved a better-than-expected outcome.

From the time we first met them...to well after our sale (and handover) we were blown away with the professionalism and knowledge provided to us by both Natalie and Jason.
