Natalie was great from start to finish. Set realistic expectations, 'got' my property and all its subtle and obvious strengths. I appreciated her honesty, regular updates (but not excessive) and professional approach. She was gracious in accepting my helpful suggestions and clearly explained 'why not' when they weren't helpful.
