Natalie is amazingly hard working business priority person. Started with great friendly easy talking lady, she made our every request we asked, such as Sunday extra inspection, introducing our needed trade people as we wouldn’t have any idea for specialised trade person in the Lke Macquarie area, plumber, electritian, building inspector, pool specialist etc. She made many many trips to meet us, as my husband wanted make sure, to re-checking and re-confirming so many ways, she never refused, she was always there for us.
