Her knowledge of the local area and current active buyers worked to my advantage when selling my property. She was masterful at negotiating the final result and I was very happy with it. She is delightful to deal with, always kept me informed after every inspection or update with buyers. Highly recommended!
I couldn’t have asked for anything more from Natalie. So professional, prompt & does her job with a spirit of excellence & integrity.
Natalie McAsey at Buxton was fantastic, very approachable, easy to talk to, very thoughtful. She really takes care of everything for you during the sale of your property.
From the initial consultation, Natalie was very professional and listened carefully to my needs. Her deep knowledge of the market and sound advice helped make what can be a very daunting process, feel much less stressful. Natalie worked extremely hard to find the right buyers in a challenging market, and her friendly, mindful approach clearly demonstrated she had the best interests of all parties involved. Natalie is a huge asset to the Buxton team and I highly recommend her.
Natalie and Joey did an outstanding job selling my apartment. Natalie has an impressive understanding of the local market and has a lot of reach into other properties / potential buyers which was very helpful to secure the sale. Property sold much earlier and for more than I had anticipated. Highly recommend! Very pleased to have used Rate My Agent to find her!
Natalie was delightful to work with. We are so grateful for all her hard work in selling our property!
Natalie's knowledge of the market was exceptional, she guided us through the processes, communicated every step of the way and helped us achieve the result we were hoping for. We were very fortunate to have her as our agent. I would highly recommended putting your sale in Natalie's hands.
Natalie was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to end of the campaign to sell our apartment and we could not recommend her highly enough. Her friendly, relatable and professional approach was a delight to deal with as she kept us informed every step of the way with very useful advice that helped us achieve a result with which we were very happy. We have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and Natalie is right up there in our opinion as one of the best :)
I cant say enough about my experience with Nat and her team. Her follow up and information provided was exceptional. We finished with a great result and the point of difference stood well above any other agents I had previously spoken too. She understood the location and the market. I would highly recommend Natalie and her team, she wont let you down. Thanks Nat
I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Natalie and Kingsley. They possess a wonderful knowledge of the market and knew exactly how to get my property sold. At each step of the way, they would promptly and patiently answer any questions that I had. I felt totally confident and at ease in their capable hands. I highly recommend Natalie and Kingsley to anyone wanting reliable and first class assistance in selling a property.
Natalie recently sold my apartment in Port Melbourne and the entire process was filled with ease. She has a strong knowledge of the current market conditions and was very honest and transparent of the sale expectations on the property from the onset. There was constant updates and communication the entire period of the sale, and not once was a missed call or text message not returned promptly. Its obvious Natalie has an absolute passion for Real Estate.
Natalie was terrific to work with. Always kind and warm, she maintained a highly professional and responsive approach throughout the campaign. She was always early for inspections, and arrived well prepared. Under difficult circumstances and in a time when the market was responding to uncertainty, Natalie and her colleague Matthew continued to monitor and evaluate how buyers were feeling, and worked with me to adapt accordingly to get a result that I was really happy with.
